Hi, my name is Amanda and welcome to my cosy little yoga world of movement, breath, meditation, often accompanied by a cat or two (the cats are 100% optional for those not so keen), reiki, sound baths and super foods xx
Don’t let these poses put you off if you’re not here for fancy pants moves. I love a gentle flow just as much. Meditation, calm and balance are the things that help me thrive.
Classes
Classes here are varied. For me variety is the spice of life, so there’s everything from Yin and relax to sweat your pants off Vinyasa flow. Click below for more details.
I also offer sessions as a 1:1 or private small group of up to 8 people which can include yoga, nervous system re-regulation techniques,crystal bowl sound bath, meditation, breath work, ceremony, oracle cards.
REIKI : I am a reiki master. Treatments are £40 for 1 hour, £55 for 90 mins or £70 for 2 hours and can include all of the above if the yoga is restorative. Restorative yoga with reiki is a beautiful combination!
WORKSHOPS : I also regularly run very popular workshops on all sorts of wonderful themes. Message me if you’d like to be added to the mailing list for future events.
SUPERFOODS: Finally healthy food is a passion of mine. It needs to look and taste amazing. Soulful suppers will be a quarterly offering for each season. Everything is sugar, gluten and dairy free. Have your cake 100% guilt free. Utter heaven xx I’m also qualified as a home herbalist so that gets woven in wherever i can.
